I have been licensed in California since 1993. I have worked inside large brokerages, built my own, and learned firsthand what agents actually need to succeed — and what gets in the way.
I grew up in Los Angeles. I lived in Ladera Heights for over 15 years. My parents still call it home today. This is not a market I stumbled into — it is a community I know personally, and one I have built a brokerage around protecting and serving.
